Macaroon in Paris | Carette Pastry House

Carette’s macaroons

Macaroon at Carette Cafe

Every Parisian has its favorite place for macaroon. And French love to argue about which is the best.

The most famous pastry houses are LaDurée and Pierre Hermé. But plenty of other places have their own homemade macaroons from hip pastry shops such as Hugo et Victor to the local bakery.

Since 1927, Carette Pastry House offers some of the best macaroons in town. I had tea time deal including hot beverage and 5 macaroons. It was just perfect. Actual Chef Frédéric Tessier’s truly delights us with his pastries.

Situated on busy place du Trocadero, the stop is very convenient for those who are planning a visit to the Tour Eiffel. Their vast terrace is very enjoyable.

Tea time deal: 12€ hot beverage + 5 macaroons
