Alain Milliat Restaurant/Boutique, Juices and Nectars
Alain Milliat achieved a lot since he concocted first 6 Top Quality Fruit Juices from his own farm in 1997. After winning the heart of foodies and finding a place on Epicureans table, Milliat opened a Restaurant/Boutique in Paris 7th.
Of course, the place is paradise for Alain Milliat juices fans. All of them are nicely displayed – as books in a library upstairs or in a wine cave downstairs – and available for sale. But what makes the place even better is British Chef Jon Irwin, who previously worked with Pierre Gagnaire and Akrame Benallal in Paris. His cooking sublimes A. Milliat products!
What to eat?
A unique menu at lunch time and a choice between two starters, two main dishes, cheese or dessert at dinner.
Lunch dishes changes daily, the dinner weekly.
