Going one month without chocolate (day 1)

Passionate about cooking, I try to shape a healthy lifestyle. I go to the gym more than three times a week and do Yoga. I have a balanced diet and eat lot of organic vegetables from local farms. According to BMI, my weight is perfectly normal. But I’ve always felt like I have three kilos to waste – still perfectly normal. As I love food and believe it’s fundamental to our wellness, I’m making some research for my own on the subject. What kind is good or not for the health.  How to adapt a diet to the needs…

While gathering ideas, I suddenly realized something. That was so obvious I didn’t ever think about it. I’m addict to chocolate. Right or wrong, there is no one single day I don’t eat any. I think about it at least 2 or 3 times a day. Usually at breakfast, after lunch and after dinner. Sometimes even more. As I don’t like any kind of addiction, I decided to take on a challenge of not eating chocolate for one month. Starting today! Be reassured, dessert is still allowed and so new recipes are coming soon.
